How does the sale work?
If you are subscribed to our mailer you will be able to gain early access to our Black Friday sale on Thursday 28th November at 00:01 AM GMT. Granted early access allows you to have the first pick of our selected sale styles with up to 50% discount.
We recommend purchasing the pairs you want as soon as possible as stock is limited and we cannot guarantee their future availability.
What items are included?
All of our sale items are categorised together to make your shopping experience seamless. These styles are marked with their full and marked down price, with the ‘Sale’ icon in the bottom corner - Just in case!
When can I expect my order? / What are your delivery and shipping times?
We are a small team and our warehouse will work extremely hard to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please allow up to 10 - 14 working days to receive your order. Due to high volumes of orders and processing times, we do not offer expedited service. We do ask customers to ensure their orders are correct to prevent shipping delays.
Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to any address selected by you (home, work, etc.). We do deliver worldwide. Please note, that if you reside in the Russian Federation, you must provide a business address as our preferred courier company will not deliver unless this occurs.
What is your Black Friday Returns policy?
All items bought in the Miista Black Friday sale can be exchanged for another item or an online credit note within 28 days but you will not be refunded. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
How does the exchange policies work?
Should you purchase an incorrect style or size, please re-purchase your correct item and contact us to return your original order. This is the best way to secure your correct style as stock is known to sell out fast.
Is the Black Friday sale available in-store?
Our Black Friday sale is online only and these selected sale styles will not be available in store. Our full priced collection will remain available to shop as normal.
Can black Friday sales be combined with existing promotional/discount codes?
We do not allow any previous promotional codes to be used in conjunction with our Black Friday sale and cannot apply discounts retrospectively.
What if I want to cancel my order?
Provided your order hasn’t been shipped and you wish to cancel it, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible: customerservice@miista.com.
Can I order over the phone?
We do not recommend calling to place your order. Due to high volumes of customer queries, we do advise customers to purchase via our online channel.
What is the best fit for me? - I need help guiding me through my order.
We will be experiencing high volumes of contact over the weekend. In order to avoid disappointment, we would recommend using our online size guide to help determine the best fit - Measure Up
Can I use store credit on my order?
If you have a pre-existing store credit, you can use this as normal to purchase online during the sale.
Can I return my order to one of your stores?
As this is an online sale only all customers will need to return via the online channel - we do not allow returns to our stores on this occasion. Returns Policy
We recommend to all customers to double-check your order prior to purchase, please check for the following:
- Ensure you have the correct shoe size and correct customer details e.g. shipping address
- Addresses need to be written in English as our shipping carrier does not recognise foreign characters.
Miista is an independent brand, producing contemporary designs in limited runs. On Black Friday our styles disappear fast. Styles you have had your eyes on for months, will be wiped before your own eyes and when those styles are gone, they're gone.
